Marcelo Allende is a Chilean attacking midfielder who joined Mamelodi Sundowns in 2022 from Montevideo City Torque. Before moving to South Africa, he played in Chile and Uruguay and represented Chile at U17 and U20 level. Allende was part of Sundowns’ 2026 CAF Champions League-winning squad, adding a major continental honour to his career.
